Remote with slide check and carry bag. I hardly notice its there and the balance is great without the forward weight of any tank.

The snow patch had squirrels burrowing through from below and they were easily visible sitting on the snow. They would dive down their holes in the snow when shot at. Unfortunately I had to do my shooting from 80 yards out to keep from spooking them. I positioned myself directly upwind of their location to minimize windage.

Most shots are 50-100 yards

I finally wised up and sat in the car when I got brave enough to drive off the gravel road. From here I could shoot downwind easily and even pulled off some tough crosswind shots.

This is a good shot of the really dense colony terrain the squirrels love. They have lots of hills and holes all through the area and target opportunities are at all ranges. When scoping a 50 yard shot you can see other squirrels at 80,120 and 300 yards in the distance... On really heavy days you can see half a dozen or more squirrels at various ranges running about or standing up in your scope window... Of course we always take the shortest shots but sometimes its hard to resist the biggest ones when they are standing up!!

Not airgun related but vid of the dogs running through squirrel colonies. This is Tucker the Cairn Terrier on his last leash day. He's now training on a shock collar and doing well.
